SUBSCRIPTION RULES
PAYMENT DATE: Subscriptions are due on and payable in full by 1st September or by instalments by arrangements with the Secretary.
AUTUMN TRAIL HUNTING; Will commence in September and caps will be taken from those who have not paid a subscription.
HUNTING DAYS: Appropriate hunting tickets must be given to the Secretary on the day.
GROOMS: Grooms who hunt will be expected to subscribe. Golden Ticket members may bring their grooms Autumn Hunting, by arrangement with the Secretary.
GATESHUTTING: Subscribers may be expected to gate shut one day per Season.
DAMAGE: Any damage should be reported to the Secretary at the first opportunity. Care must be taken not to disturb livestock.
VEHICLES: Unless parking has been pre-arranged, unbox at least 1 mile from the meet. Never in
villages, gateways and always on the same side of the road. Mounted followers and car followers, please keep the road unobstructed.
FARMERS’ ENTERTAINMENT: There will be arrangements made during the Season to provide funds which will be used to entertain the Quorn Hunt farmers.
There will be one bye day per Season for GOLDEN TICKET MEMBERS ONLY.
INFORMATION: All subscribers and members are included on our text messaging service to receive up to date hunting/social information. Meet cards will be sent to all subscribers, farmers and landowners.
COUNTRYSIDE ALLIANCE: All persons subscribing and capping with the Hunt MUST be members of the Countryside Alliance, thus ensuring their personal accident and public liability insurance.
RELEASE AND WAIVER LIABILITY: All persons subscribing, capping and following the Hunt participate solely at their own risk and assume sole responsibility for any injury, death or property damage that they may suffer, that arises from their participation in hunting activities.
